Adaptive Assessment

Wanting to establish the true level of competence for staff deployed in an off-shore call centre, MYcube was asked to deploy an adaptive assessment tools which would split out staff member's abilities in terms of knowledge, understanding and application of regulatory rules.

The tool was well received and highlighted a gap in the service team's ability to apply regulatory rules correctly.

Custom Elearning Platform

A financial services client asked MYcube to establish an custom elearning platform to promote active consumption of elearning material.  Historically, the client's staff had exhibited slow up-take of content which impacted the service that they could provide.  MYcube rolled out an elearning service with an 'Active Management Plan' which gave the client increased visibility of participation and led to a rise in the through-put of learning.

Financial Services College

A financial services client wishing to launch a hybrid teaching model asked MYcube to assist in the selection of a suitable learning Management System (LMS).

Initially, the client was considering a wide ranging evaluation of the LMS market place and was looking for requirements gathering assistance. MYcube was quickly able to establish that the vast majority of requirements would be met 'out of the box' by using a Moodle LMS deployment.

The service was deployed live within a month and has been supporting financial services students since 2012.
